The Club urgently needs a member with archery experience,
to volunteer to lead our Junior Archery Program every second Tuesday.

Our previous and very dedicated coach, Cal Maier, is not able to run the
program this year, but he will be available for orientation and to get
you started for the first couple of sessions.

No coaching certification required, this is a fun recreational
opportunity to supervise the junior KDFGC members who are interested in
archery. The Junior Archers meet in the indoor range about twice per
month beginning Sept 25, with a break at Christmas and Easter. There’s
lots of interest from kids, and opportunities to connect with the local
schools and competition events if you like. The KDFGC can support the
archery leaders who would like to get their coaching certificate, BC
Archery membership, or further archery training, too.
